Thanks for sharing this Séphora! I have definitely seen it a lot in my career and it’s a tendency I personally have felt and fought against often too! I guess it is human nature to want to not show weakness and worry about judgement, and not all work environments are built to optimise the team.

It can be so much more joyful and powerful to work together and help and learn from each other.

It is something that I always remind myself when leading my team, and to show vulnerability and that I ask for help - and encourage others to do the same :)
